Drop-ins

Our drop-in visits are scheduled sessions where we come to your home to give your pet some TLC. These visits may include letting your dog out in the backyard for a potty break, filling food and water bowls, and a bit of indoor playtime. Please note that drop-ins do not include outdoor walks, making them a great option for pets who need a quick check-in or feeding.

Walks

For pets that enjoy a bit more exercise, we offer dedicated walks for a set duration. We’re mindful of Florida’s weather, so we take extra precautions like bringing water along when needed and avoiding hot pavement to protect those precious paws. Walks are perfect for active dogs who need to stretch their legs and explore safely.

Sitting

Our sitting service provides overnight care in the comfort of your home, giving your pet a relaxed, familiar environment. We’ll discuss the specific details and timing in advance to make sure your pet receives plenty of love and attention throughout our stay. This is an ideal option for pets who thrive in their own space while you’re away.

We provide dog walking and pet sitting services to the following areas: Oviedo, Winter Springs, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry, and Maitland. If you're located outside our regular service area, please feel free to reach out to us at info@pugsandpals.net. We may be able to accommodate your location for an additional fee.

We are available 7 days a week with flexible hours to make sure pet parents have the care they need, whenever they need it. Our goal is to accommodate your schedule and ensure your pets are cared for at the times that work best for you.

Additionally, we are certified in Cat and Dog First Aid through the American Red Cross, so we are equipped to handle minor health issues and respond effectively in emergencies. Your pet’s safety and well-being are our highest priorities, and we take every step to ensure they’re in safe, experienced hands.

As a Cat and Dog First Aid Certified caregiver through the Red Cross, we are trained to assess and address a variety of urgent situations calmly and effectively. We will contact you right away to keep you informed and consult on any necessary next steps, including contacting your preferred veterinarian if needed. Additionally, we carry the Red Cross Pet First Aid app, which provides instant access to trusted guides and resources. our goal is to act quickly and transparently, keeping you updated and your pet secure.
